~r r f1 I'rI(%<i I)!a I I If, I I I I~I QUARTERLY DATA REPORT SHNPP SEISMIC MONITORING PROGRAM APRIL 1, 1984-JUNE 30, 1980 Carolina Power 5 Light Company (CPEL)has completed another quarter of operation of its seismic monitoring program at the Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant site near New Hill, North Carolina.During this period a total of 163 cultural events were recorded with an S-P of less than five seconds.No local earthquakes were detected.Of these 163 events, 136 were confirmed as being explosions by responsible companies or agencies.The remaining 27 events displayed the signature and arrival pattern typical of previously identified cultural events and none occurred at night or on a weekend or holiday.(1020CKRpdc) 1 l T ,1 V
