Carolina Power i!r. Light Company hereby submits the preoperational Reactor Containment Integrated Leak Rate Test for the Shearon Harris Unit 1 reactor.

The Integrated Leak Rate Test was successfully completed on February 26, 1986.

This report fulfills the requirements set forth in 10CFR50, Appendix 3.
