McGuire Nuclear Station Docket Nos. 50-369 and 50-370 Technical Specification Amendment for Containment Penetration Leakage Testing (Supplement)

Dear Mr. Denton:

By letter dated January 21, 1986, Duke Power requested an amendment to the McGuire Facility Operating Licenses to address an alternate means to perform a specific containment penetration leakage test.

As a result of subsequent discussions, please find attached a revised proposed Technical Specification change to address this item. The technical justifications previously provided remain valid.

This request is considered to supplement a previous submittal. As such, no additional license application fees are provided.
