Initial review of Bulletin 88-10 was in accordance with the seven NRC positions specified in Supplement 1.                                                            ,

Before receiving Bulletin 88-10, Supplement 1,.TVA identified and informed NRC that the list of MCCBs provided in Enclosure 2 of BFN's response (reference) to Bulletin 88-10 was potentially incomplete.
