Reference:
NRC Letter to TVA "Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant (BFN) Unit 2 Power Ascension Testing Program Review and NRC Hold Points" dated July 10, 1990.
This letter is in reply to your July 10, 1990 letter in which NRC stated certain understandings regarding the BFN Power Ascension Testing Program.
We have reviewed this letter and have determined that it accurately, reflects the scope and content of the BFN Unit 2 Power Ascension Test Program.
The four hold points selected by NRC have been added to the Unit 2 restart schedule.
