This revision is submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p) and contain:; changes for the provision of positive access control during major maintenance and refueling operations to one of two boundaries. Additional details are defined in the enclosed pages and summary of revision.
This change was discussed with J. D. Ennis of your Region II staff on April 16, 1990.
This letter and the enclosed information are being sent by registered mail.
