This letter is to provide TVA's response _to the NOV transmitted in the subject inspection report dated April 26, 1990.
TVA's replies to the NOV are.provided in Enclosure 1.
As stated in-the enclosure, TVA-admits the violation regarding. access control to vital areas.
However, TVA denies the violation related to backup ammunition for responders.
