The letter has four attachments. Attachments 1 and 2 are appended to the enclosed copy of the July 13, 1982 letter.

Attachment 3 is a document entitled Spent Fuel Storage --

A Summary Of Information In Support Of The Storage of Surry Spent Fuel At North Anna Power Station Unit Nos. 1 And 2, which I also enclose. Attachment 4 contains safeguards information and was filed by the Company pursuant to the provisions of 10 C.F.R. f 2.790(d)(1) . Because Attachment 4 requires special treatment, and in order to get the other documents off to you immediately, I have withheld Attachment 4 for now. I shall, however, send you a copy soon.
