I regre t to inform the Board that the Concerned Citizens of Louisa County has decided against filing pre-filed testimony
-today and will not be presenting a direct affirmative case during the evidentiary hearing beginning May 21.
This is somewha t embarrassing in light of our recent motion for an extension of the deadline for filing testimony.
All I can of fer by way of explanation is tha t as of last week I had every intention of filing a substantial piece of testimony on or before the deadline.
