HAND DELIVERY The Honorable Sheldon J. Wolfe Atomic Safety and Licensing Board Panel U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Washington, D.C. 20555 In the Matter of Virginia Electric and Power Company (North Anna Power Stations, Units 1 and 2)

Docket Nos. 50-388/399 OLA-1

Dear Judge Wolfe:

By motion dated June 27, 1985, Concerned Citizens of Louisa County (CCLC) filed for a one week extension of time in which to file its Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law.

I have been advised that the Staff has informed the Board that it has no objection to CCLC's request provided that the Staff also receives an additional week to file its Proposed Findings, as a result of which the Staff would file on July 18th rather than July lith.

The Licensee also has no objection to CCLC's proposed extension of time, provided that it too receives an extension of time to respond to both the Staff's and CCLC's filings.

Thus the Licensee requests (1) that it be granted an additional week in which to respond to CCLC's Proposed Findings, making its response due on July 18th rather than July lith and (2) 8507090406 850703 PDR ADOCK 05000338 O PDR O

Y

HUNTON & WILLIAMS that it be granted aa additional week in which to respond to the Staff's Proposed Findings, making its response due on July 26th rather than July 19th.

Very truly yours,
