In accordance with your application dated May 14, 1985, and supplemental revision dated July 17, 1985, and pursuant to Title 10. Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Special Nuclear Materials License No. SNH-368 is hereby amended to authorize organizational changes, new nuclear criticality safety criteria, and fabrication of new fuel components. This authorization is subject to the following license conditions:
