Carolina Power ter. Light Company (CPt~cL) hereby submits additional information concerning the Post Accident Sampling System at the Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant. In response to Safety Evaluation Report License Condition No. 3, CPRL has submitted all requested information by letters dated 3une 28, 1980, May 13, 1985, and May 19, 1986. CPRL hereby commits to have the Post Accident Sampling System installed and operational prior to exceeding 5-percent power. Based on the information previously submitted and the above commitment, CPRL requests that License Condition No. 3 be deleted.
