We have reviewed the guidance of Draft Regulatory Guide 1.120, Underwriters Laboratories Standards and National Fire Protection Association Standards. We have also had discussions with several fire detection system installers. Using this guidance we have developed a plan for locating fire detectors which we consider to be suitable.
