This report describes the condition that existed wh'en-it..was determined that a portion..of the fuel oil piping between the _ '
emergency fuel oil tank:and the emergency diesel generator fuel oil day tanks was not seismically supportsd.- Therefore'we could not prove extended operability-of..our diesel 1 generators.dueuto the potential-for a seismic induced failure of the fuel' oil line from l
the'onsite storage tanks to the-diesels. ..This condition.wasthe subject of a requested Temporary Waiver ~of Compliance documented ,
