within theLNSSS scope-oL supply.;(This program should include provisions for assuring ; receipt. by the licensee of all technical information provided'by the_NSSS-vendor;.and (b)
A program of periodic contact with'the vendors of otber key safety-related components not included in (a) 3cve.-

Licensees'are requested in GL 90-03 to review their precent vendor interfsce programs and modify these programs as necessa.y to assure that both of the elements set out above are met.
As requesced, we have reviewed our vendor interface programs for the Point Be,ch Nuclear Plant to assure that both of-these program O!
