>non-conservative relative.to the reference parameters assumed in our-analyses.- The adoption of such administrative controls is necessary--to fully close'out Bulletin 88-02 for Point Beach Nuclear Plant, Unit 2.-
Additional information is'needed and has~been requested from Westinghouse'.in order t'o determine'the changes in parameters which would-necessitate updating the stress ratio and fatigue usage calculations. ' Appropriate administrative controls will be implemented-to satisfy our commitment when'that information
