In accordance with 10 CFR 50.71(e), Wisconsin Electric Power Company, Licensee for Point Beach Nuclear Plant,' Units'1 and 2, submits the June 1990 revision to the Point Beach Nuclear Plant Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR). As' required by 10 CFR 50.4, one original and ten copies of these, revised pages are enclosed. t Each copy contains revised FSAR pages that are to be. inserted in accordance with the accompanying instructions.
The information contained'within these updated ~FSAR-pages presents changes and revisions to FSAR descriptions"necessary to reflect ,
information and analyses previously submitted-to the Commission or prepared pursuant to Commission requirement and not identified-in our Fall 11989 FSAR update. The attachment to this letter provides I a description of these specific changes. Those changes included in l this update which were made under~the provisions-of 10 CFR 50.59 have been previously identified to the Commission in the 1989 Annual Results and Data Report with one exception. ,The steam generator upper pH guideline-in Table'10.2-1 was changed from 9.3 to 9. 4. - This was addressed in 50.59 Safety Evaluation Report 90-052.
