This report is submitted in accordance with Tech-s nical Specification 15.7.8.4.A and contains information regarding plant releases, solid waste shipments, new fuel shipme:nts, envi-ronmental monitoring, circulating water system operations, leak testing of sources, and other miscellaneous reportable items from this reporting period.
Three copies of this report are provided for your convenience.
We are also providing herewith single copies of the most recent revision of the Point Beach Nuclear Plant Offsite Dose Calculation

Manual (ODCM), Process Control Program (PCP), and Environmental Manual.
As required by specification 15.7.8.4.A.6, the Semiannual Monitoring Report includes a description of the changes to the ODCM and PCP which were implemented and became effective during the reporting period.
The changes are identified with margin bars in the attached revisions.
