On June 1, the unit downpowered to approximately 49%
due to a failing sensor causing CEA 40 to drop. On June 4, the unit was manually tripped due to a CEA sub group drop and power switch troubleshooting. Details of this event may be found in LER 1999-006. On June 11, the unit returned to service and returned to full power on June 12.
In accordance with the requirements of Technical Specification 6.9.1.6, there were no challenges to the power operated relief valves or the safety valves during the report period.
