Having just recently become I have aware found ofout A.3.0.

that regulations it is re6arding necessary to the need request to make such a request, I ask that, although the permission to make an appearance at the hearing.due date for limited to my request, and that you accept my apologies in regards to my lateness in filing this request.

I am a member of Citizens for a Safe Environment, having just recently joined this group, which is acting as the Intervenor in the Three Idile

Island hearings.

I am a student at Shippensburg State College; my studies and also my position as Treasurer of the Student Association date, and place of at Ship d

Please advise me as soon as possible as to the time,the hearings I am to be granted peraission to make a limited appearance.
