DOCKET NOS. 50-445 AND 50-446 TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP INTEREST REF: Amendment 10 to Construction Permit No. CPPR-126 for CPSES Unit I and Amendment 9 to Construction Permit No. CPPR-127 for CPSES Unit 2 dated December 8, 1989 Gentlemen:
The referenced amendments to the referenced Construction Permits for CPSES authorized the transfer of the 3.8% ownership interest from Brazos Electric Power Cooperative. Inc. to Texas Utilities Electric Company. Each amendment states that it is effective as of the date of the completion of the transfer of the ownership interest herein described.
This is to confirm that the transfers authorized by the referenced amendments were completec on December 22, 1988.
