INJURED WORKER At 3:42 p.m. , CDT, on April 10, 1987, a Stone and Webster QC inspector fell
- while performing a fire barrier inspection in the fuel building. The inspector was found to be not contaminated and was taken to the hospital where he was determined to have suffered a broken tailbone and a broken left elbow.
Neither the licensee nor the NRC plans to issue a press release.
The state of Louisiana will be informed.
Region IV received notification of this occurrence by telecon from the SRI at 7:45 a.m. on April 13. Region IV has informed IE, NRR, SP, and PA.
