REDUCED THERMAL LIMIT.POTENTIALLY EXCEEDED The licensee exceeded the indicated license limit of 5% of rated thermal power for approximately one hour on November 18, 1985. The licensee believes that the ARPMs are calibrated so that they read high and that actual thermal power probably did not exceed the license limit. The licensee is evaluating and
- attempting to run a low power calorimetric to determine if the 5_ percent limit wasiexceeded. -
