DOCKET NO.: 50-395 This acknowledges the receipt of your letter. of October 7,1986, which trans-mitted Revision 15 to the V. C. Summer Physical Security Plan. The amendment was in response to the Commission's rule change issued August 4s 1986 regarding access requirements in 10 CFR 73.55(d)(1).
On November 10, 1986, Ms. C. Perny of Region II discussed the processing of this .
amendment with Mr. J. Seffick of your staff. Changes to your security plan in response to the various safeguards rule changes issued on August 4, 1986, should be submitted to the Director of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation with a copy to the Regional Office. The Federal Register Notice did not provide instructions concerning where the changes should be submitted.
We have transferred your . submittal of October 7,1986, to NRR for review and disposition. Please submit your additional amendments related to the August 4, 1986, rule changes as discussed above.
