4 This information was provided previously within the report provided for the

( VCSNS Reactor Vessel Radiation Surveillance Program (Reference 2). The 7 report identified changes due to recent surveillance capsule testing which revised the information provided by Reference 3 for the RVID. RVID, Version 2, needs to be amended to accurately reflect the current VCSNS reactor vessel information.
