FRC INTEGRATED INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-395/98-06
Dear Mr. Taylor:
On July 25, 1998,- the NRC completed an inspection at your V. C. Summer reactor
facility.
The enclosed report presents the results of that inspection.
During the four weeks covered by this inspection period, your conduct of
. activities at the V C. Summer facility was generally characterized by safety
conscious ~ operations and conservative decision making.
During the inspection period, the NRC received response dated July 14, 1998,
to Notice of Violation 50-395/98002-01. We have evaluated your response and
found that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201. We will examine the
implementation of your corrective actions during future inspections.
.In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice." a copy of
this letter-and its enclosure will be placed in the NRC Puolic Document Room.
