CHANGES TO CALLAWAY NUCLEAR PLANT INSERVI_C_E TESTIN_G P_ROGRAM Item 1 Change: Delete tests for valves EM-HV-8870A, EM-liv-88 7 0 B , and EM-IIV-8883.

Basis for Change: Boron Injection Tank Recirculation pumps are I

no longer run under normal operatloa. These

valvas are normally maintained cloacd, which is the position required following an accident.

Item 2

! Change: Add Position Indication Test for EF-IIV-00GO and Stroke l Time Test for EF-IIV-0087.

I Basis for Change: Tests were inadvertently omitted due to printer error.

Item _3, Change: Revise the Maximum Allowable Stroke Times for EF-IIV-23,

24, 25, 26, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 65, and 66 from 30 l seconds to 35 coconds.

i Basis for Change: Due to new denign documents for the valves.

Item _4 Change Add Check Valve in the closed direction for AE-V-120, 121, 122, and 123. Add Relief Request AE-1.

Danis for Change For a Feedwater Pipe Rupture Event these valves are required to close. These valvec should be tected in the closed direction to l

satisfy this concern.

Item _5, Change Add Check Valve Test in the closed direction for BG-V-605 and BG-V-606.

Dosis for Change: These are new valves which are to be added during the first refueling outage. These valves provide isolation between redundant l

trains during maintenance activities.

Item _6 Change Remove revision bars from Revision 5 pages.
