The reporting period began and ended with the Unit in Mode 1 at 100% power with electrical load at 1135 megawatts.
The Unit remained essentially at 100% power the entire reporting period.
Gross electrical generation for the reporting period was 811,270 MWH.
SUMMARY
4-02-85 At 0608, a power decrease to 97% was started for surveillance testing. Reactor power reached 97% at 0659.
At 0642 CD Diesel Generator was removed from service for maintenance.
At 0647, the AB Diesel while on the load bank tripped (negative sequence trip) and the breaker would not stay closed.
At 0718, the AB Diesel was stopped. The CD Diesel clearance tags had been hung and verified. At 0719, AB Diesel restarted on its own due to a stuck fuel injector. The AB Diesel was manually tripped at 0722 and declared inoperable. An Unusual Event was declared due to both diesels being inoperable.
At 0814, the CD Diesel was proven operable and the Unusual Event terminated.
At 1736, reactor power increase to 100% was started which was reached at 1916.
4-03-85 At 0840, the primary to secondary steam generator tube Icak rate increased significantly from approximately 0.002 gpm to a peak valve of 0.1 gpm. The leak rate has stabilized at approximately 0.03 gpm
