You may remember I corresponded with you relative to earthquakes at Limerick, as well as blasting at the adjac-ent quarry as it might affect concrete setting and integrity.
I have noted lately that Philadelphia Electric has re-peatedly asked for exceptions to specified safety items re-quired by 10CFR50, Appendex D, including the enclosed Sept.
21, 1984 example.
Please withhold cxecption requested in Sept. 21, 1984 letter until Applicant answers questions I have noted on margins of enclosed letter.
