Dear Mrs. Ellis:

This is to confirm our telephone conversation of this date. As I stated on the telephone, I have reviewed my notes of the meetings we have had both face-to-face and by conference telephone call and your correspondence to determine what document requests have been made by CASE of Cygna. Attached is a list of the

, documents that I have determined to have been requested.

i As of this time, I am not certain which, if any of these documents, have been provided. I will be reviewing thac in the very near future and will be back in touch with you to confirm what further documentation I am forwarding to you. It is my understanding that you will review the list attached and will advise me if I have any omissions.

In the event documents are under the control of Texas Utilities or its agents, I will request that they forward such documents to you.

As we discussed, during the telephone conferences, you have made references to a request for all documents seen by Cygna during their review. You further commented that the documents provided do not show any documentation prior to 1982. I have not been able to identify such a request as being directed to Cygna. It is my understanding i
