Dear Mr. Heyer:
TV Electric is participating in the 1987 NPDES-Quality Assurance Program. The laboratory performance evaluation report for CPSES' indicated that the'value j reported for pH was not acceptable.
Personnel with the CPSES laboratory that performed this analysis have checked all the analytical equipment and data pertinent to'this value and have determined that the reported value of 7.43 pH units was a clerical error. The reported value should have been 8.43 pH units, which is well within.the acceptable range of 8.04 - 8.89 standard units.
