j Please find enclosed Revision 4 of the hiechanical Review Issues List (RIL).
All j
changes from Revision 3 are indicated by a revision bar in the right margin. Included in this revision is a new Review Issue No.10, which deals with the component cooling water system butterfly valve at the outlet of the residual heat removal heat exchanger.
This revision of the RIL reflects information that Cygna gained prior to and during their December,1987 review.
Of the ten hiechanical Review Issues, two remain open as of the December,1987 review date.
These are, Issue Nos.1 and 4.
hicchanical Review Issue No. I was further reviewed at Stone and Webster Engineering Company's Boston office the week of February 1,1988. hiechanical Review Issue No. 4 was reviewed at the Comanche Peak site during the week of January 25, 1988. Information from these two reviews will be analyzed and the results included in Revision 5 of this RIL If you have any questions or require further information, please contact Cygna at your convemence.
