COMANCHE PEAK STEAM ELECTRIC STATION (C ;ES) UNIT 2 AUTHORIZED INSPECTION AGENCY SPECIAL SERVICES AGREEMENT -
CPSES UNIT 2 CODE CONTROL PROGRAM Gentlemen:
Stone and Webster Engineering Corporation (SWEC) has been notified by TU Electric that effective the close of business on August 13, 1989, SWEC's responsibility for the CPSES Unit 2 Code Control Program will terminate.
SWEC has notified their Authorized Inspection Agency (AIA), Arkwright Mutual Insurance Company, and has initiated action to terminate the subject agreement. As requested by Sk'EC, TU Electric is notifying the Texas Department of Labor and Standards of tnis AIA contract termination via this letter, in accordance with Section 3 Paragraph 1.1 of the Code Control Program Manual.
EBASCO Services Inc. has been selected to assume responsibility for the CPSES Unit'2 Code Control Program effective August 24, 1989.
EBASCO Services Inc.
will enter into an agreement with America; Motorist Insurance Co. (a member of the Kemper Group) for AIA services.
