Applicants' Interrogatories to " Consolidated Intervenors" (Set No. 1987-1)- and Related Filings 1 I have received your June 12, 1987, letter. There_is one point of clarification which I think needs to be made, just to be sure there is no-misunderstanding between us. During your telephone call to me,.the agreement was_that the time j for Applicants to file any motion to compel would be deferred.until CASE has completed all of its initial-responses, with the understanding that we might,be i filing additional supplementation later..At that time, it'was also agreed that the date for CASE to file its initial supplementary responses was. deferred until July 6, 1987. As we stated in our 6/6/87 Response, we still have to complete 'l necessary discovery, and the response you may expect to receive under date of July 6, 1987, should be considered to be the completion of our initial' i responses.
