Enclosed is Revision 0 of the Civil-Structural Review Issues List (RIL). This document contains issues which were originally documented in the Cygna Pipe Support RIL and Cable Tray Support RIL but are now being addressed under the Stone & Webster Engineering Corporation's Civil / Structural scope of work.
The' current issue of the RIL is based on the information provided in References I and 2, transcripts of pubile meetings, documents provided by TU Electric, and the results of Cygna audits up through June 13,1987.
