Response to Applicants' 7/13/87 Motion for Reconsideration of the Board's Order of June 22, 1987 This is to memoralize our recent conversations and agreement regarding the extension of time for filing CASE and Meddie Gregory's (Joint Interveners')
Response to Applicants' 7/13/87 Motion for Reconsideration of the Board's Order of June 22 1987 ; the extension is to be' until Tuesday, September 8, 1987 (the day after Labor Day). This will allow Ms. Garde, who will be filing the response on behalf of the Joint Interveners, to take her vacation and have sufficient time to review necessary materials and make the filing.
We understand that the Stay which has been granted by the Board will remain in effect during this time.
(As we discussed, we may, however, want to go ahead and look at some of those documents which are not in dispute, in which case we will give you reasonable notice in advance).
Further, we understand and agree that Applicants, shoeld our response contain new citations or unanticipated information, wish to reserve the possibility of filing a reply brief should they believe it is necessary and appropriate.
