Dear Mr. Pigott:

Subject:

In the Matter of Texas Utilities Electric Company, et al.

(Comanche Peak Steam Electric StatTon, Units 1 and 2) -

Docket Nos. 50-445-1 and 50-446-1 .

Cross-Examination Documents and Other Matters We are attaching some additional CASE Exhibits on which we will be cross-examining Cygna during the upcoming hearings:

CASE EXHIBIT NO.:

743 We may also have some questions regarding 971 Cygna's 4/10/84 response to Darrell G.

972 Eisenhut, re: Letter of March 22, 1984  ;

973 from Mr. Eisenhut (forwarded to CASE j 974 with your 4/13/84 letter) 979 980 981 983 984 985 986 987 We have not had the opportunity to thoroughly review the meeting memoranda forwarded with your April 16 letter; however, a quick scanning of the memoranda indicates that we do not agree with the manner in which it has been couched.

We will be addressed this further in writing (probably af ter the upcoming hearing session, since we will not have time to thoroughly compare the memoranda against our notes prior to that time).

Confinning our telephone conversation today, we anticipate that we will be '

cross-examining last on the items which we have just received today and what-ever additional information we are yet to receive. Of special concern is that '

you have just indicated in your 4/16/84 letter to Applicants that they should 1

supply CASE with some documents which we had requested in our 3/21/84 letter.
