Dear Sir or Madam:

This firm is involved in litigation arising out of bonds issued to finance construction of two nuclear plants by the Washington Public Power Supply System ("WPPSS"). Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, 5 USC section 552, and the regulations promulgated thereunder, 10 CFR section 9.3 e_t_ seq., I am requesting access to the following materials:

1. All correspondence, documents, records, or other materials pertaining in any way to WPPSS plants 4 and 5.

2. All correspondence, documents, records or other materials pertaining to any WPPSS application to the NRC for authorization to construct WPPSS plants 4 and 5;

3. All correspondence, documents, records or othav materials pertaining to the procedure by which the NRC authorized JPPSS to construct WPPSS plants 4 and 5;

4. All correspondence, documents, records or other materials pertaining to NRC authorization to construct WPPSS plants 4 and 5;

5. Transcripts of all hearings conducted by the NRC or any other agency pertaining in any way to WPPSS plants 4 and 5;

6. All correspondence, records, documents, or other materials pertaining in any way to the financial structure of WPPSS, the methods 8401170062 830928  ;
