By Order dated May 16, 1983, the Board scheduled a special prehearing conference in the captioned proceeding for August 3-4, 1983.
In view of conflicts in schedules that have arisen, the Applicant, NRC Staff and the intervenor have determined that August 17-18,.1983, are mutually convenient dates for the special prehearing conference.
Accordingly,'we request that the Board reschedule the special prehearing conference for these dates.
