Enclosed pleue find documentation for the May House, Somervell County, Texas. The property is owned by Texas Utilities Services, Inc.,

operating under a license from the U.S. fjuclear Regulatory Commission.

In accordance with agreements reached previously with the Nuclear Regu-latory Commission a determination of eligibility is being sought for the May House.

4 Our office recommends the May House as eligible because it embod'es a distinctive characteristics of a type, period, or method of construction.

The house as originally built was an excellent example of a Southern "I" house.

Letters from the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and E.C.I., consultants for Texas Utilities Services are included for your reference.
