Monitoring and Reporting Program Diablo Canyon Power Plant The annual summary report, for the period January 1 through December 31, 1982, of the Diablo Canyon Power Plant Monitoring and Reporting Program and the first annual report of the Thermal Effects Monitoring Program (Provision D.7) are enclosed in accordance with amended Order 82-24 NPDES No. CA0003751.
