I have enclosed the " Response Of The Independent Design Verification Program To Governor Deukmejian's Second Set Of Interrogatories."
A verification statement has been attached to these Interrogatory Responses signed by Dr. William E.
Cooper, Program Manager for the IDVP.
Dr. Cooper was not able to have this verification statement notarized in time to file this Response within the period perraitted under the Commission's regulations.
