Dear Mr. Lehman:
We have received your letter of protest to the Diablo Canyon nuclear power plant.
The Commission on November 18, 1980, denied a petition for re-hearing of its previous decision issued on July 29, 1980.
The petitioners have not appealed this matter to the California Supreme Court, and the time during which they could do so has long since expired.
The Diablo Canyon operational licensing matter is currently before the Federal Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
