In response to your letter of April 13, 1983, I do not believe you should " safety disregard" any portion of Ms. Bernabei's letter to you of April 6, 1983.

I am not prepared to discuss with you the matter of subponeas until they have been served.

Please, if you have indication that subpoenas have been served upon any members of the Govern-ment Accountability Project staff, let me know.
