Amendment Request Administrative TS Changes

Dear Sir:

My letter dated October 28, 1987 requested several administrative changes to the Technical Specifications. This letter is being sent as a supplement to that submittal. Please replace page 3/4 3-8 of my original submittal-with the new page attached to this letter. The change to this page, item 4.d in Table 3.3-3 clarifies the channels to trip by addingin=any doghouse'. -This change is for clarity only. . The conclusions reached in my October 28, 1987 submittal remain valid. This change involves no significant hazards. considerations.

Pursuant to 10CFR50.91, the appropriate South Carolina official'is being provided a copy of this submittal.
