of the proposed amendments should be withdrawn from your staff's consideration for approval, while there are others for which TVA is requesting staff action.

Enclosed for your consideration is a list of proposed technical specification changes which have been submitted since 1974 for NRC review and approval.

This list is divided into the categories of " Requests of Withdrawal" and

" Requests for Staff Action."

TVA hereby requests withdrawal from N2C's consideration those proposed tech-nical specification changes categorized in the enclosure as " Requests for Withdrawal." Please note that TVA BFNP TS 110 and TVA BFNP TS lil'(to be withdrawn) were submitted to your staff af ter the promulgation of 10 CFR Part 170.22. Therefore, TVA requests a reimbursement of $4400 since no NRC review effort is necessary.

We are asking your continued specisi attention on those submittals which are long standing and we will cooperate in any way to produce a clean Browns Ferry docket. If your staff has any questions in regard to this matter, please get in touch with us.
