On June 23, 1982, your of fice was informed that both trains of the Reactor Building Spray system were inoperable. This constitutes an operation subject to a limiting condition for operation which was less conservative than the Icast conservative aspect of the limiting condition for operation established in the Technical Specifications. Reportable Occurrence Report R0-269/82-12, providing details of this incident was to have been submitted to you by July 7, 1982, pursuant to Technical Specification 6.6.2.1.a(2). However, the investiga-tion of this incident and preparation of a report are incomplete at this time.

It is expected that the investigation and report will be completed, reviewed, and submitted to you by July 21, 1982.
