On July 8, 1983, your office was sent a partial report, Reportabic Occurrence Report R0-287/83-07, which described an incident which was considered to be of no significance with respect to its effect on the health and safety of the public. Revision 1 to this report providing additional details of this incident was to have been submitted to you by August 15, 1983.
However, the investigation of this incident is incomplete at this time.
It is expected that the investiga-tion and supplement to this report will be completed, reviewed, and submitted to.you no later than September 15, 1983.
