R0-269/83-05 R0-269/83-10
Dear Sir:
The above Licensee Event Reports were due to be submitted by today. R0-287/83-04 concerns the failure to close a valve.on the pressurization line to the Emergency Personnel Air Lock following quarterly performance testing. R0-269/83-05 concerns the failure to meet design criteria on the tie-in of the Standby Shutdown Facility reactor coolant cake-up pump to the existing plant. R0-269/83-10 concerns the failure to close the inner door of the Emergency Personnel Air Lock following quarterly performance testing. These events were briefly discussed with you and 0;our Staff on March 23, 1983. These reports are currently in the process of
' review-and final preparation and vill be submitted as soon as possible, but in any event, no later than April 19, 1983.
