Reportable Occurrence Report R0-270/82-10 providing details of this incident was to have been submitted to you by August 5, 1982, pursuant to Technical Specification 6.6.2.1.a(2). However, the investigation of this incident and the preparation of a report are incomplete at this time. It is expected that the investigation and report will be completed, reviewed, and submitted to you no later than August 19, 1982.
